Find Your Pet’s Perfect Fit! 🐾

Pet Clothes 👚👕

"How do I measure my dog for clothing?"

To get the right size, use a soft measuring tape and take these three key measurements while your dog is standing:

  1. Chest (Girth): Measure the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs.
  2. Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
  3. Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.

Pro Tip: Always keep the tape measure snug but not tight — a relaxed dog means the most accurate measurements!

For the most accurate fit, your dog should be standing upright—not sitting or lying down. Measuring in other postures would cause inaccuracy, especially to the back length.

"What if the back length doesn’t match the size chart?"

Firstly, please double-check your measurements. The most common inaccuracy happens with the back length—it’s easy to measure it too long if the starting point isn’t correct. Ensure you are measuring from the end of the neckline, which sits around the centre of your dog’s shoulder blades.

If your pet’s back length seems far outside our size chart, or if you are unsure whether you have measured correctly, we are happy to help. Please send us a photo showing the tape measure placed along your pet’s back (see example below). This will allow our team to determine the most accurate back length and recommend the best size for you. Just send it through the live Chat box, or email us. We will provide a response asap.

"What if my dog is between sizes?"

If your dog is between sizes, please also take into consideration your pet’s weight. Most styles have an indicative weight for each size.

We usually recommend sizing up for comfort—a little extra room is better than something too snug!

"Do different styles fit differently?"

Yes! Most of our garments are designed to fit snugly based on breeds and body shapes. Always check the individual product’s size chart and fit notes for extra guidance. If you’re unsure, please reach out—we’d love to help you find the best size.

"What if I ordered the wrong size?"

No worries! We offer returns and exchanges. Just make sure the item is unworn, with tags, and returned within our return window. For full details, visit our Returns & Refund Policy.

"Do you offer breed-specific sizing advice?"

Yes, we include general suggestions on each product page, but every dog is unique! We always recommend measuring your pet and comparing with each size chart for the best results.

Pet Carriers 🎒👝

"How do I choose the right pet carrier size?"

Selecting the correct carrier size is crucial for your pet’s comfort and safety. To determine the appropriate size:

  • Measure Your Pet: length (neck base to tail base) and height (floor to top of head).
  • Compare with Carrier Dimensions: interior dimensions should be slightly larger for comfortable movement.
  • Consider Weight Capacity: ensure your pet’s weight does not exceed the carrier’s limit.

"What are the weight recommendations for your carriers?"

Our carriers support:

"Can I use the carrier for airline travel?"

Our carriers meet most airline requirements (especially the iBag Travel Carrier), but always verify your airline’s specific regulations before flying.

"What if my pet is between sizes?"

If your pet falls between sizes, choose the larger option for extra comfort and mobility.

"Do you offer breed-specific recommendations?"

While we provide general guidelines, every pet is unique. Feel free to reach out with your pet’s weight and breed—we’ll help you choose the perfect carrier.

  • Dachshund: Peek-a-boo or iBag—long shape fits comfortably.
  • Italian Greyhound: Dumpling Sling or Jige Backpack—for their slim build and long legs.
  • Small Breeds: Any style within weight limit; choose by pet posture (curl vs. stretch).
  • Medium Breeds: Jige Backpack—for its depth and sturdy straps.
